These OFFICIAL RULES ("Rules") are legally binding agreement between you and SayItWearItShareIt.com™
HOW TO ENTER: Go to SayItWearItShareIt.com™ (website) during the promotional period, you: (a) represent and warrant that you have read, and agree to be bound by these Rules; (b) consent to use your name and/or likeness by SayItWearItShareIt.com™ if selected at random to receive our monthly giveaway. (c) you grant a representative for SayItWearItShareIt.com™ to contact you by telephone, or electronically by text or email regarding the item offered during the giveaway.
(d) you accept and agree that SayItWearItShareIt.com™ reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway, reject any entry, or make any revision to the Rules as it deems necessary. (e) agree that any and all claims arising from or related to these Rules or the Giveaway must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. Odds of winning Monthly Giveaway depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received on any given month.
GIVEAWAY SELECTION: Monthly winners will be selected at random within the first (7) days of each month. The drawing will take place by employees of SayItWearItShareIt.com.™ At that time the person selected to receive the giveaway will be notified by email within (3) days of the drawing. ("Prize Notification") To claim the giveaway you must verify his or her name, phone number, and the email address provided when submitting the contact email form. The giveaway prize will be forfeited if the winner cannot be reached or cannot accept the months giveaway for any reason. The monthly winner has (15) days to claim and respond to accept the giveaway from the time the email notification was sent. Failure to respond in a timely manner (15) they forfeit the giveaway prize. When the Monthly Giveaway is a clothing item you will be notified and we will request a timely response to questions asked such as, size and color of preference of a given item (if applicable).
GENERAL RULES: The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. By accepting the monthly giveaway prize, all winners agree that SayItWearItShareIt.com™ employees, owners, directors and representatives, will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner. Limit (1) one entry per household per month. Failure to accept and comply to the rules may result in forfeiting the monthly giveaway prize.
Individuals under the age of 18 (Children or Minors) are not eligible to enter Monthly Giveaway. The use our services and our website is not directed towards minors.
Standard shipping rates may be required for individuals selected living outside the continental U.S.
